So, Stone can change the material of any part of his body. He usually uses stone as one of 'em. Or diamond. Or whatever material he wants. Now, if he were to change to wood or something, and it got on fire and it burned away if he shapeshifted it back, his arm would be regular. Any damage he suffers while his body parts are shapeshifted when he shapeshifts back, they will come back normally
